Training and Support from Tea Masters
Gong cha provides a 2-person support team for your 6 initial days of store opening. Our team will make sure that your store is well equipped. We’ll provide on-the-ground instruction in your local store to help you get the hang of the Gong cha methodology and make you a bubble tea master.
Documents & Menu are Displayed
Proper certification are displayed in the front along with updated TV menu.
POS Configuration & Testing
Ensure register is capable of taking orders and printing properly.
Kitchen Equipment Fully Operational
Equipment works properly and fridge is well stocked.
Operation Resources Readily Available
Recipes and labels are posted for staff to refer to.
Confirm that business hours and signage are present.
Uniform & Inform Staff
Let Staff know about customer relations or promotions. Check that they are dressed for the part!
